2 cups cooked diced chicken,1 onion(chopped)1 C.carrots(chopped)3medium potatoes(cubed)1(16 oz.size)pkg frozen mixed veggies,1 can fat free cream of chicken soup.2C fat free broth,salt and pepper to taste.1 can of reduced fat biscuits(10ct)


put cut and chopped veggies in lg kettle add to this the broth ,frozen veggies and rest of ingredients.cook on medium heat till carrots are almost tender.pre heat oven to 325 .in deep casserole dish put chicken veggie can biscuits and place on top of chicken mixture and bake for 35 to 45 min.makes 8 servings
