I ♥ Nike+
I really wished we had the room somewhere to set up my treadmill. Ugh!!! I hate that I'm having to pay to use a treadmill. Cause that is mostly what I use. Especially when I own a new treadmill that's not even been used a handful of times. I will think of something, maybe I can find some room in this house to put it. I hate having to live with family and not having room for my own stuff. It is sooooo frustrating. I'm hoping that this evening my husband and I can take our daughter to the playground this evening. The weather is suppose to be really nice today and I'd love to take her out so we can all enjoy the weather and perhaps I can get a walk in too! I hope everyone is having a great weekend!

Getting out of the rut!
I've been having my homework done before my husband gets home. So, that I will be able to get some time alone to workout. I've worked out 3x's this week. Habe they been hour long workouts, the answer to that would be no! Not even 30 minutes! But, I'm working my way up to that. I had my husband bring my treadmill into the house, so no excuses to NOT workout! So I've using it for the last 3 days. I've worked out about 20 mins at a time. Since I've not worked out much lately I'm having to build myself up. I've not even walked much since I fell last year. I can tell that my leg is really weak but, I plan on building that up slowly is the key. I guess when I did have medical insurance I should of had my leg checked out. But, I don't want to over do it to where I can't walk at all so, I'm trying not to push myself too much. I'm going to search for exercise that can help strengthen the area that my leg is weak so that I can strengthen it.
Watched a tear jerker of a movie today will defiantely have to do a review on it. It is called "The boy in the striped pajamas" it was so movie. Its a must watch if you are into history especially the WWII era.
If anyone knows how to fix an issue I have please help. Someone is spamming me I guess you could say. They are writing random messages on my blog but, I'm not sure how to fix it so if you have any ideas please let me know.

Eating my own words!
I started the month off of trying to workout at least 3 days a week on the Wii-Fit but, my hip started acting up yet again! ugh!!!! I wished I had insurance to find out what is going on. I should kick my husbands rear for dropping my insurance. I've fallen so many time in the last few years so, maybe my body has just gotten weaker in that area. Walking seems about the only thing I can do. I've got to do something. I'm tired of feeling miserable about myself. Its just what does one person do when they live with other people and they want fried foods or even high carb foods? They get mad cause, they think your better than them or something by not eating their food. It stupid! But, how else does everyone expect to take back your health? You have to take the bulls by the horns so to expect. You have to be responsible for your own health.
I started getting some of the biggest loser workouts. I plan to have all of them as well, as Jillian Michaels workouts. That way I have a wide range of workouts to do. I wished I had the room for my treadmill in my house now. But, have no idea where I'd put it. Things have been overwhelming lately. Especially, since going back to school. Most nights I have homework. The nights, I don't I actually want a break. I just feel that I'm always doing something with school, housework or chasing after the little one, so when I do get some time off I want to rest. I guess school has just taken over more than I thought it would. I've been all over the place on what I want to do with my life. At first I wanted to be finished with school as quick as I could to get a better job then, was kinda talked into going into a major I'm not happy with. I mean I love learning but, I don't think teaching is the route I want to go with. So, I'm going with Law as my final decision on my major. Its truly what I want to do with my life. I love everything to do with law. Be it a lawyer or even down to finding out how it all works. My ultimate goal would be to become a lawyer, and I know its going to take awhile but, I think its what I want to do.
This week I'm going to try and workout everyday, or at least 3-4 a week be it walking 30 mins on the treadmill or a workout dvd. I'm tired of feeling bad about myself. I'm bettering myself, by going to school. I can better myself by choosing the right choices for my health too.

A loss is my Gain!
So,my weight loss how I lost it I'm unsure cause I've not been working out. I hate to keep Leah Cooped up in our Room and I've always been the type to not wanting Peeps watch me working out. I was going to the local YMCA and it was even a huge deal working out with people there. Anywhoo,I know I will feel better about the working out deal once we get into our own place. Its probably going to cost close to $2,000 for us to get moved but,to be one our own its worth it. I'm so antious. I wished there was a Way for us to file our taxes so we can get $ to do so even quicker. So,I've not been eating completely what I should. Last Night we had Vegetable soup which wasn't too bad. I've not had a Dr.Pepper in about a week. I've been drinking more water and Fruit Punch Crystal Light. So maybe drinking the water and the Crystal light helps some. The other day I calculated how many Mt. Dew's my husband had and he drank over 800 calories in one day! Alot of people don't think of the calories they are drinking up over half of their calories or even points. I found a Great App at the apple ipod store. Its called Lost it. Not sure If I've talked about it yet but,its a great app for counting calories and keeping up with exercise.
I've been trying to catch up on my Jillian Michaels Podcasts. I really like her podcasts and think they are very imformative and motivating. I've gotten all the older ones and am trying to listen to all of them and catch up. The other night on biggest loser they gave a great site right before a commercial. Never Say Diet. Also check out Exercise Tv or even youtube. Hubby got me a 25 ft. VGA cord for my computer that hooks into our tv which makes for great ways to watchs videos online which is mostly why we use the bigger tv for.
Its cold here in Tennessee and its been TRYING to snow but,its not stuck with us yet! I know some of you may smacck me but,I want some snow already!

We Got The House!!!!
My husband got hurt at work the other day and sprained his hand or something? He was out of work for 2 days because of it being so swollen. He has been about to drive me nuts during the day....lol I can't seem to get anything done when he is around.
My knee is getting much better. For those of you don't know I fell off this huge 2-3 ft step thats in my hubbys aunts hallway. I was coming into my bedroom and as I walked down this step my knee gave out and went flying off the step. Its finally getting better. Still a little sore but,I think its okay. I am doing BLBE Challenge and I hear that if you don't get those numbers down they really get on ya so,I guess I should start doing some sort of workout this next week. I have a few of the firm videos. If anyone knows of any sites where you can play workout videos let me know. Cause I don't have the money right now to buy any? If anyone reading this see's that my numbers aren't going down please feel to give me a talking to. That's something I need for someone to lecture me and let me know that I won't see results if I don't do something about it. I know I can do better with my eating once we get moved and won't have to worry about ppl eating up all our food or worry that they would be offended cause I cooked my own food.
Can anyone give me any ideas on workouts to do in the Home??? I have a Toddler so its hard to go to the gym which right now I can't really afford. so things around the home... Going to Start doing the Two Hundred Sit-Up Challenge this week. I'm thinking of having my hubby buy me a Treadmill when we get our taxes. I could always go for a walk/run while the toddler is napping. I saw one on HSN that I really like. It had an ipod dock on it so that would come in handy. I'm planning on buying me the 2nd Gen iPod Touch. I already have the 1st Gen but want the new one with the new speakers so you don't even need headphones and the nike+ feature. This new place we are getting has this room that I'm making into my office/workout room. Its my room to do whatever I want and I can't wait! Thought of Putting a love seat or something for times when I want to just sit around and read.
Well I'm going to go we are gonna go to the new place for awhile. I'm gonna try working out everyday this week and doing the sit up challenge at least 3 days a week. If you want the info just message me.

On the Road to Sucess
I'm really wanting a Wii & Wii Fit. I've heard great things about it and there is so much you can do with it. I've not walked in about 10 days now. Hopefully I can get with the plan in the next few days. My weight has hovered around 288-272 for the last too much and I so tired of making excuses and not loosing more than I have. I've got to do more. I read a blog today about her son asking her why she sits around all the time on the time in this one seat. I felt like I was her and I related to her so much. Alot of times I'm sitting and spending too much on the computer reading about weight loss and fitness and not enough time doing it. So,I have to do it!! Tonight me is going to bed early so,i can get up to go for a walk. I'm doing lunges 3X's a week and push-ups 3X's a week. I went to the grocery store earlier. I got alot of produce and I'm happy about all I've gotten. I think I done well as far as choices go. I hope everyone is having a great Holiday!

Random thoughts
I went online over the weekend and ordered the Nike+iPod. I'm hoping I receive the whole iPod and Nike+ system before next Monday so I can start the whole week off fresh. I really can't wait to use the Nike+ system so I can see & hear how I'm doing. I've heard that it tells you if it's your fastest mile yet. I know there are all sorts of graphs on the site too. I'm just so excited about using it.
I started doing the "Couch To 5K" Monday and I didn't have alot of time but, I done what I could. I done the 5 minute warm up walk and then done 1 round of the walking/running interval and I was so out of breath. I had to stop to catch my breath. I never realized how outta shape I am in. For every workout I don't do completely I want to do it over till I actually finish it. I didn't workout this morning I reset the alarm and just got up with enough time to get ready for work.
I joined the "tweight loss challenge" this week. Everyone is organized on teams and everyone is on twitter to help motivate each other. So excited about having a group if people that is having the same struggles.

Don't try this at work
Like I've said in previous post the lady I take care of gave me a treadmill. Yah me!! I'm glad I didn't have to buy one. I don't get paid again till Friday so, we are running low on gas $$. So, I was really wanting to start using my treadmill. So what did me being impatient do?? I loaded it up myself in the back of my jeep. Grrr... I am woman hear me roar. Boy, that thing is HEAVY!!
First of all ladies & gents don't go lifting your treadmill at home thinking it's a great workout. If your not careful you could hurt your back or some other body part you never knew existed.
Just tried my treadmill out & I love it!! My little girl even took a walk. I even took a little jog.

A new day-- let's clean the slate
I'm really proud of myself yesterday I went for my morning walk there Is a hughe hill well, I ran up it. It probably only took 30-45 seconds to run up it. But, I done my usual 1/2 mile and had no leg pain that I've been experiencing lately. It goes up my leg and it's in my calf muscle as well as the muscles in my ankles. I wonder if that's shen splints?? I know they can be brought on at time because of weak muscles or even because of shoes. I know I need new shoes. I'm wanting some Nike+ for when I start using the Nike+iPod system. Maybe next time when I get paid. I'm planning on buying an iPod nano when I get paid this week. Planning on buying a refurbished one off the apple website.
Anyways, I can't wait till I get all my stuff for running with Nike+ I'm getting impatient.
I've started doing crunches. I want to do 100 crunches a day. So hopefully I can do at least 500 crunches a week. I want to do various Crunches so that I'm working various muscles in my abs. I really hope I can reduced my stomachs fat. My stomach muscles are horrible. Since having a baby my abs are just aweful. Especially my lower abs. Hopefully the crunches will help improve that area.

Free Treadmill
The lady I take care of has all kinds of stuff that she never uses. I went out in her garage the other day to get something for her. I noticed she had a treadmill. It looks like it hasn't been used very much. So this morning she asked if I still wanted that treadmill. I was like yeah!!! She said I could have it if I didn't charge her for taking her trash off. Yeah!!!! So I don't have to buy one now. I was planning on buying one to start doing my Nike+ walking/running workouts. Now I don't have to. I still need to buy a few things before I can start using Nike+.

Ipod Nanos sale

I've been thinking of starting to run alot lately and its probably weird that I've even been having dreams of running. Yeah, I know its weird but,like I said I've been thinking of running ALOT lately!! Anyways if you are intune to the earth...lol you've probably heard about the nike+ that you can use with your ipod nano. It tracks your distance,calories burned,and a few other things I believe. I think there are even coaches on there that can help you to go even further. You have to have nike+ shoes well you don't have to but,I think it I'd rather have nike than anything. Thats what I wear currently. Anyways,I plan getting me a new pair of nikes anyways when i get paid this week but, I think you can wear other shoes as well. You have to have an ipod nano of course. Which,I don't have one yet but,plan to save up and get me one soon. anyways you have to get the nike+ software too to sync all your runs/walks on the nike+ website. I really would love to start running with nike+ It may take awhile before I can seeing how I need to save up for a ipod nano. They do have the nike sportsbands but,you don't have any music with it and there would be no coaching. Not sure if I want to go that route or not. I need someone to motivate me to get moving.

My progress
Well yesterday could had been better. I got up and went walking and the road we live on is hilly and I didn't even walk a mile and it took 15 mins to walk it. I think it was not even a half mile. My husband said not to be too hard on myself cause 1. I just started walking again 2. The road we live on has a big hill. Maybe I can start walking after work and that would make a full 30 mins a day. I wished there was someone close by to teach me pilates I would love to do pilates a few times a week to work my body that way I'm doing it right. Maybe if marty goes to work maybe I could go to the cookeville pilates studio once a week. And maybe if I could do floor pilates work on my own maybe that would be enough pilates for the week.
Yesterday I pretty well stayed within my points but, martys aunt made spagetti. Any sort of pasta is my weakness. I actually had a smartones spagetti meal I could had eaten Instead but didn't. It's just I love spagetti!!! I think I'm doing much better today but I thought I might do some firm workout tonight since I wasn't able to go walking this morning. I thought I'd try and do one of my firm videos a few nights a week. While hubby is showering. I may have to stop and make Leah behave. LOL she can be a mess. But I love her. We sat on the porch swing before I had to give her a bath and hubby and I was snuggling while Leah played and she saw us hugging up to each other. She wanted to sit between us like a caperone. LOL. We began hugging up to her too. It was so cute. It felt so good just to cuddle up to my two fave people. Like I wanted time to stop for us to enjoy that moment. Leah began kissing her daddy then she would kiss me. Then it was kissing and
hugging her daddy or mommy!! I love being a mother. I only wished I had more time. I dread if hubby goes back to work. I'll probably have to find a new babysitter. Which is probably best anyways Martys aunt has watched her in the past and she is babysitting way too many kids as it is. I might check with my bestfriend Cherri she's at home all day anyways. It would give her some extra cash too. Hubby asked if his 18 year old cousin,Wayne could babysit and I told him noway in this life!!! He's a young boy and I think it's inapporiate for a young boy to watch any little girl. There is something I don't trust about him. I would rather pay someone I know that I trust than do that. Somewhere I know my child is safe.

No pain no gain!!
really like that I can do that cause I love blogging but, my husband
doesn't like me being on the computer much so this way all I have to
do is go on my blog site & update it about once a week.
I received my new Firm Series TransFIRMation kit this past Wednesday.
I done most of the hi-def sculpt. Till my husband came in with our
little girl. She was crying. I believe she is beginning to cut her jaw
teeth which are here only teeth left to come in. Anyways, I rested on
Thursday but I done 20 mins of Cardio party Friday, until my little
girl began crying again. I really feel down though because I've been
doing herbalife. I drink 2 meal replacement shakes and various
vitamins. I don't know what it is but I feel so tired, exhausted and
always feel like I'm starving. Don't know what's going on. I really
need to go to the doctor to get my thyroid medication. I can get some
coconut oil and its suppose to help your thyroid and give you more
energy. I thought I might try that. I had a dream I was pregnant &
didn't even know it!!! I would love to have another baby but, I know
I need to get some of this weight off me. I'm too big and people don't
need to let me know because I already know!!! I hate it when people
act like you don't know your fat!!
I'm getting my hair cut & highlighted on June 10th. A girl I used to
go to school with is cutting it. The salon she works for is called.
"New Beginnings" I will post a picture of myself when I get it done.
I'm getting strawberry blonde highlights put in it. I have reddish-
brown hair so, I think it will look good. I'm tired of being down on
myself and not taking care if myself. I feel like Im trapped in some
kinda depression I can't get myself out of. I feel like I can only
workout after work and I told my husband he'll have to watch leah
while I work out cause its the only time to myself and it seems to be
the only thing that releases all the stress. I feel I'm so stressed
beyond belief. Marty's aunt usually does most of the cooking and she
almost makes the same thing everynite. Cornbread,beans and fried
chicken. She is no chief but its food in our tummies. But, its also
high in carbs. I cant keep eating like that. Or I'm gonna eat my way
to a heart attack.
